We really enjoyed Charleston, it's a beautiful city. Left Charleston on Saturday and anchored out in the South Edisto River (that's another story) and tonight we're in Beaufort, South Carolina. We've already been in Beaufort, North Carolina!!!! Anyway, we've decided we're fair weather sailors and so will hole up here till the sun comes out again before we head off to Savanah, Georgia. Our travel times may be a little restricted through Georgia as there are many places we just can't go at low tide. According to Skipper Bob, this part of the ICW has the highest tides and strongest currents so we're being super careful. Sea Holly doesn't have any more antifouling on the bottom of her keel, but she still has a keel!!!!!
